Visitor guidance

Before you come

How much do visitor tickets cost and how do I buy them?

Online Early Bird tickets are available starting at 40 zł through our official external ticketing partner. On the day of the event, final tickets at the entrance box office will cost 80 zł. We strongly advise purchasing online in advance to guarantee entry and avoid queues.

Can I bring my family and children?

Yes! Next Chapter is designed for individuals, students, and relocating families alike. Children under 12 enter free of charge when accompanied by a ticket-holding adult.

What languages will consultations at the booths be held in?

Exhibitor booths are staffed by multilingual representatives speaking English, Polish, Ukrainian, and other European languages. The expo is structured entirely around direct, face-to-face 1-on-1 consultations at the stands rather than stage speeches, so you can discuss your individual situation directly with experts.

Should I bring printed copies of my CV / resume?

Yes, bringing printed CVs in English or your target destination's language is recommended for on-the-spot recruiter discussions. Many exhibitors will also have QR codes allowing you to upload your digital CV directly to their hiring portal.

How do companies reserve an exhibitor stand?

Exhibitors can reserve stands directly by downloading our official prospectus or contacting Alex via Telegram (@startupdealer) or email (expo@careerandrelocation.com). Early bird stand rates apply until 1 January 2027, and only 4 big stands remain available.

Is the venue accessible for people with disabilities?

Yes. The Palace of Culture and Science is equipped with step-free entrances, elevators, and accessible facilities for wheelchair users and parents with strollers.
